Usher-collier phase 1 pilot program

Our leadership programs offer youth a chance to develop their leadership skills and take on leadership roles in our organization. From organizing events to leading workshops, our youth leaders make a difference in our community.

Students practiced respectful conversations, introductions, listening skills, and public speaking.

 Students were encouraged to believe in themselves and recognize their potential.

 Students learned the importance of supporting and encouraging one another.

Students explored what it means to demonstrate respect, responsibility, integrity, and self-discipline.

 Attendance remained consistent throughout the program, culminating in the highest attendance during the final session. The students averaged over 90% attendance.

 Students developed meaningful relationships with mentors and peers. 

Post-assessment results showed growth in positive self-perception and leadership behaviors.

 The pilot demonstrated the value of structured mentorship within the school environment.
