As the Executive Director/Founder, Ernest has been working with young men for over 20 years, as he has counseled and dressed young men, in a non-formal manner. His passion for improving the image of young men has led him on a truly diverse journey. Being introduced at a young age, the importance of your outward appearance has blossomed into the importance of a well-groomed and professional presence. The social graces, protocol, and the functionality of them all are a result of working with many people, too many to name. 

Ernest has a passion, which most people have never seen. Ernest has a desire to educate and empower, every person he encounters, to ensure they have a better mindset, after interacting with him. Ernest wishes to bring back the importance of being a gentleman and how awesome it can be in business and social situations, as well. 

The Founder of Future Gents Organization, Ernest Moore, is working to shift the paradigm. Ernest has dedicated not only his time but his life toward helping young men build a foundation to grow and thrive in society. Ernest observed the community and discovered a need for a platform specifically for educating young men about the importance of etiquette, style, confidence, effective communication, while incorporating a mentoring program. During his observation, Ernest reached a conclusion that our society is not offering enough programs to coach and mentor young men into the role models they need to become. After spending time observing and thinking about the idea, Ernest decided the future starts now and it was time to put his plan into action to share wisdom and leadership that will help many.
