As the Founder/CEO, Ernest has been in the male retail industry for over 20 years, dressing and counseling young men in a non-formal manner. His passion for improving the image of young men has led him on a very diverse journey. Being introduced at a young age, the importance of your outward appearance has blossomed into the importance of a well-groomed and professional presence. The social graces, protocol, and the functionality of them all are a result of working with many people, too many to name.
Ernest has a passion that most people have never seen. Ernest has a desire to educate and empower every person he meets, to ensure they have a better mindset after interacting with him. Ernest wishes to bring back the importance of being a gentleman and how awesome it can be in business and social situations, as well.
Ernest has formed Future Gents with the concept of converting men into gentlemen by using style, leadership, etiquette, confidence, effective communication, and overall manhood skills as the core platforms. We have, and continue to work with males, primarily 10-18, both individually and in cohorts, to empower, educate, enhance, offer exposure, and provide etiquette in business and social situations.
