Brian Walker was born and raised in Kansas City Kansas. He moved to Atlanta in 1988 to pursue a better and more exciting life. Brian has 3 children and one grandchild. He is a contributor to Impact Atlanta International Fashion and Beauty Magazine. "50 Round the Table" is the platform. Brian explores, investigates, and encourages those entering and excelling through the unchartered stage of being 50 years old and beyond. Each of us seem to believe we are going through this new era of life alone. We must remember there is nothing that is UnCommon to man. Health and Fitness should be one of the most important interest and goals of this age group. Being "Self-Full" is another area of realization and action for this age group. He's a contributing author to "Life, Love and Lockup, My Pain Became My Character". "The American Nightmare, Black Men on being Black in America". As well as 2 other efforts. He's appeared in the Starz series "Survivor's Remorse", HBO's "Bessie" with Queen Latifah, along with numerous stage plays. He was ATL's Hottest Male Model in 2016. He's a personal fitness trainer, a lover of life, and More importantly, he's a believer in The Almighty!!!

Travis Williams is a community-centered leader, mentor, and servant-leader whose life’s work is rooted in service, education, and legacy building. He believes that lasting impact is created by investing time, wisdom, and care into people, especially the next generation.
For more than 20 years, Travis has dedicated himself to mentoring and coaching youth, serving as a consistent role model and advocate for young people and families. His commitment to education and community involvement is further reflected through his service as a school volunteer and former PTA president, where he worked collaboratively with parents, educators, and administrators to support student achievement. Known for his approachable demeanor, steady presence, and attention to detail, Travis brings calm, thoughtful leadership to every space he serves.
Travis is an active member of 100 Black Men of DeKalb, where he supports initiatives centered on mentorship, leadership development, education, and the preservation of organizational legacy. Travis believes mentorship is not an obligation, but a calling—one that requires consistency, accountability, and intentional engagement.

Tamara L. McMillan, PhD, MS, CPSC, CLC is a nationally recognized leadership scholar, educator, and speaker with over 20 years of experience advancing leadership, personal mastery, and inclusive excellence across corporate, government, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. She is the founder of McMillan Empowerment Enterprise and Umber Grey Solutions, where she designs research-driven leadership experiences rooted in creative problem solving, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
Dr. McMillan has led multimillion-dollar initiatives and trained thousands of professionals, educators, and students through executive retreats, leadership programs, and youth-centered development initiatives. She holds advanced certifications in MBTI, EQ-i, FourSight, and FranklinCovey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
She earned a PhD in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change and is a Lecturer at Buffalo State University. A featured speaker at the inaugural TEDxBuffalo, Dr. McMillan is known for her dynamic presence and her work on reframing failure as a catalyst for growth.
